One key to your success in establishing a Female-Led relationship model that is right for you is doing the reading and research to learn, discover and empower change.  My definition of Female-Led is that of a heterosexual Dominant/submissive  sexual relationship, with a Woman in the Dominant role and her male partner in the submissive role. 

The greatest sexual pleasure in a person's lifetime is possible in one's middle and later years, asserts Dr. David Schnarch, when a mature sense of self has been achieved and genuine intimacy is possible with another person.   His book a 'Passionate Marriage' is an excellent resource for couples in long-term committed relationships who want to get emotionally and sexually closer.  Another of my strong recomendations goes to Elise Sutton, her very erotic and inspiring book 'Female Domination' is a breakthrough text on the subject.  And finnally do not overlook the Suze Orman book on the 'Nine Steps to Financial Freedom.'  The basis for many Female-Led relationships begins with assuming financial control within the relationship. 

I encourage you to direct your submissive male to books that will enlighten him and also be an experience that is entertaining, relaxing, and enjoyable.  Help him find books that pique his in interest in Feminine Spirituality, Goddess Worship, Female Superiority, Female Sexuality that will lead him to a higher level of understanding women, emotional intelligence and the giving up of power and control in submission to the Female.
