As we begin a New Year, the world is changing in ways that favor Women's special gifts, their cooperative spirit, an intuitive intelligience and ability to read situations and people, a keen imagination, an ability to express emotions, patience, a win-win attitude during negotiations, a long-term approach to solving problems and making decisions and gift for "web" thinking.  Today, millions of Female baby boomers are achieving their dreams and most of the new businesses being started are by Women and they are now beginning to wield unprecedented social and economic power. 

Shouldn't you be one of them?  In 1994, I started my first company and today I own four successful business enterprises.  I encourage you to make 2005 your year to change your personal history by hiring Her-Self.  That is what I did and now I make the Rules and my submissive husband works for me.  If you are hearing recruiters tell you why they are rejecting your charecteristics of having a too strong and Dominant personality with desire and drive, then you may have the makings to be part of an epoch more Dynamic than any that humanity has yet experienced.  The natural talents of Women are changing the world in which we live and we are only seeing the beginnings of this.  When Women truly learn to express their gender differences the strategies of how we live today will be forever altered.  Women are altering the strategies of sexuality, love and marriage.  They are re-defining family and romantic attachments and are expressing themselves in a variety of bold, creative ways, from early adolescence to their advancing years of Womanhood. 

The re-Evoulution has already begun.  I am currently working with a Woman who has engaged me to help her start her gift basket business and am working with another Woman who has a plan to open a pet supplies retail store.  They couldn't be happier.  They have their own destiny in their hands and they will determine their success.  Their feeling of empowerment is great and they have a boss who appreciates each of her charecteristics.  HER-Self.
